How Much Time Do You Spend On Exercise Each Day?



  • As little as possible LOL
  • less than 30 minutes
  • 30 min to 1 hour
  • 1 to 1 1/2 hours
  • 1 1/2 to 2 hours
  • More than 2 hours
  • It varies by the day
  • Sometimes more, sometimes less
  • I never really thought about it before.

I voted sometimes more sometimes less....usually up to 2 hours.

I voted 1 - 1/2 hours........If I golf it's more because 18 holes walking takes between 4 -5 hours.

1 to 1 1/2 hours..walk for 45 min. to an hour...lift weights and use theraband for another 15 minutes or so. Sometimes we take two walks in a day. We often, like at least once a week, go on fun outings to museums and such that requires a lot of walking too.

I try to get in at least an hour of exercise daily.

I think you probably get your 2 hours of work with skiing & golfing
Even if it takes all day to do it.


I've never tried cross country skiing.
Do you do that or downhill?

Yes I pretty much do them around that time Liz. If I have errands and that involves walking, I always try to do the real walks first or some biking.
