How Much Time Do You Spend On Exercise Each Day?
- As little as possible LOL
- less than 30 minutes
- 30 min to 1 hour
- 1 to 1 1/2 hours
- 1 1/2 to 2 hours
- More than 2 hours
- It varies by the day
- Sometimes more, sometimes less
- I never really thought about it before.

I voted sometimes more sometimes less....usually up to 2 hours.
I try to get in at least an hour of exercise daily.

I think you probably get your 2 hours of work with skiing & golfing
Even if it takes all day to do it.
I've never tried cross country skiing.
Do you do that or downhill?

It's so much fun to get out and go places!!
I really admire people who can get up early to exercise before work Kuan!
Yes I pretty much do them around that time Liz. If I have errands and that involves walking, I always try to do the real walks first or some biking.
