How Much Time Do You Spend On Exercise Each Day?



  • As little as possible LOL
  • less than 30 minutes
  • 30 min to 1 hour
  • 1 to 1 1/2 hours
  • 1 1/2 to 2 hours
  • More than 2 hours
  • It varies by the day
  • Sometimes more, sometimes less
  • I never really thought about it before.

30 min to an hour. Usually includes a walk followed by weights or floor exercises then stretching. I refuse to obsess about exercising so feel an hour is plenty.

going up the mountain is killer!
one of my fave chair lifts is about 1/4 mile up the hill from the lodge and
I'm pooped by the time I get to the line.
But the view from the top is majestic!
