This will be starting on Monday :)
There are to be four parts to it ..
- Exercise .. your choice, but for the bear you must exercise, & stretch afterwards!
- Water .. 64 ounces or 8 cups per day is the recommended daily amount
- Food .. Healthy Diet & Practice Portion Control - What will You Choose to eat today ?
- Just for you .. Do something just for you today. Just 15 min is all it takes to energize your soul.
Bonus .. Make yourself accountable .. post those goals daily.
As usual post your results in the *Daily Exercise & More Discussion* in the *Exercise Goals and More* Folder.
You can reward yourself with a *yahoo*
or *boo hoo*

I took last week off. It was a combo of working the week at the JH and running DD to soccer practice, etc. By the time I got all that done. I did not want to work out.
I do not know how
Moving keeps me in control anyway and keeps all the bad stuff low.
