This will be starting on Monday :)
There are to be four parts to it ..
- Exercise .. your choice, but for the bear you must exercise, & stretch afterwards!
- Water .. 64 ounces or 8 cups per day is the recommended daily amount
- Food .. Healthy Diet & Practice Portion Control - What will You Choose to eat today ?
- Just for you .. Do something just for you today. Just 15 min is all it takes to energize your soul.
Bonus .. Make yourself accountable .. post those goals daily.
As usual post your results in the *Daily Exercise & More Discussion* in the *Exercise Goals and More* Folder.
You can reward yourself with a *yahoo*
or *boo hoo*

I agree.... don't know how people do it that work full time.
It is harder to do with jobs and working out. I think if one has to fit the workouts in because of certain reasons, I think some can be done and the rest on other days.
I did it. I worked full time before dd was born. I quit when she was in 2nd year pre-school. I would go straight to the gym after work. DH picked up dd from pre-school. I remember feeling so overwhelmed. Poor me! LOL
