I have been cleaning out my pantry of all the junk food.
My mom used to bring boxes and boxes of crap to the kiddos
I'm finally tossing it all.
Now dad is cleaning out mom's stashes and he's sending food up
But lately he's giving it to someone who just got laid off from his work.
I'm glad she needs it LOL
On the other hand, fall is here
And there are few things I love more than pumpkin chocolate chip cookies
And pumpkin bars, and pumpkin pie.........
I'm trying to find a LF pumpkin mousse recipe I made a couple of years ago
And adding pumpkin to my protein shakes - gotta get the fix some how.
i don't really have much junk food here. I do have the fish crackers, but the bag lasts me all week. It's a little bag. LOL
I love Pumpkin goodies. I have tons of recipes. Is Pumpkin bread that fattening? I don't consider it junk.

I think I need to eat less and exercise more to get the scale to move. Work has been brutal lately, and I work out at lunch. It is the only time I can fit it into my schedule. So, I've been missing work outs (none last week). The good thing is that I have missed them! This weekend I hope to get out and go for a run with my DD. She has been involved in cross country at school, and the season ended this week. I want her to keep it up.
The other good news is that I'm not gaining--so far. ;-)
And better to hear you miss those workouts,
I think that is great you're able to work out at lunch time like that.
