What small change has given you big results?

I voted combination.
The short workouts, the portioning, drinking more water, moving more, parking
far from the store entrance and the post office and walking in. Walking near the
school instead of sitting in the car helped me and trying different workouts. Biking
in the cooler temps and in the winds for resistance and being here, too.

True on that Hugs. Well I spread it that way, because of errands.
It is easier to do it that way for me anyway.
