Better is even better. I am not in the upper range no more. At least I hope not to be Hugs.

I haven't been drinking soda regularly for over a year
still have it sometime when travelling or if a bad craving hits,
But I'm pretty much over it now!

I meant upper like 125 and above Hugs. Although that is not so bad, but then I have my size 2 pants, so I fit in them perfectly. If I am 130's I would be in the size 6's. Then another thing, my doctor would be puzzled why my weight went up again.

Things to think about, so I will stay 120 to 121.

That is a great one Julie,
And a tough one to be learned as well.
So glad you're doing so well with it :)

Yes keeping the weight down and everything down is an important thing Hugs.
