I SAW THIS ON THE NEWS....

I was watching our local channel news and saw a reporter interviewing a company using

laser treatment  for zapping the fat from the belly, thighs, and back.

http://www.myzerona.com/

This treatment needs  to be done about 3 times a week for 40 min. The cost is expensive $3000.

One has to still maintain and control , diet, and exercise afterwards.

For me , I will just continue with my portioning, and workouts. If I was still overweight, it still would not
appeal to me.

Oh you are so right Nadine. I am glad I did it the right way, too.

Some women have lost up to 9 to 10 inches.

I do not know where the fat goes. That is puzzling.

Well after the fat is laser zapped, one has to maintain the weight, by the diet and by exercise.

I know what you mean though Liz. I rather do it the slow way and see my progress.

Yes I knew that Hugs. I do not know if this is a new thing or not. Of course if one has medical

problems and cannot do the workouts yet, would that help them...you think? Until they get their weight

down a little and then work on the maintenance part. Of course if they eat the same way, that is not going to

help either.

So true on what you said Kuan. Some women have done it though.
It is not for me either.

I have to agree with you sweetrose, the cheapest way to keep fit is to exercise and yes whether be it a tummy tuck or this lazer thing, you still have to exercise, so why would anyone spend that amt of money and still have to exercise anyways?

I know that I never had a tummy until I had my hysterectomy. I asked my gyno before I had it done if I would be left with a tummy and he was honest enough to say yes, and.......I can get rid of it by exercising, which of course I didn't. I have a tummy now, not huge but enough for it to bother me, so I am going to do those exercises to tighten up that tummy of mine. He also told me a story of a women who had a tummy tuck cost her over $4000. and was told that she still would have to exercise which she didn't and there is that tummy of hers. What a waste of money, in my opinon.

Truly agree Miriam. Many of us get asked if we exercise by our doctors
