I SAW THIS ON THE NEWS....

I was watching our local channel news and saw a reporter interviewing a company using

laser treatment  for zapping the fat from the belly, thighs, and back.

http://www.myzerona.com/

This treatment needs  to be done about 3 times a week for 40 min. The cost is expensive $3000.

One has to still maintain and control , diet, and exercise afterwards.

For me , I will just continue with my portioning, and workouts. If I was still overweight, it still would not
appeal to me.

Well good for you sweetie, moving and biking is great. I use to have a stationary bike and worked out on it and did very well, but then I decided to give it away and now I am very sorry that I did, as I could use the bike and my treadmill. Anyways, it is a struggle for me to get back on the treadmill after not working out on it for a while so I must work on getting back on the tread mill even if it is for 15 minutes to begin with and then work myself up. Actually I just may beging that tomorrow, as I will not have any excuse not to get on it. I will let you know, in the meanwhile you keep moving , be it biking or anything else.

(((((hugs))))

I do not have a treadmill or stationary bike so my regular biking outdoors is good.

I seem to be prepared for the rainy weather...I can hulahoop, circuit train, t tap, strengthening, etc.

Well I have to keep going now. I went to the doctor and had such a good report that all this moving

is so good for me. I cannot stop now. Comparing to my last visit before I started the journey which

was so -so ok in 2006.

Julie ..Stayingfit made it last week to her gw. I know how happy she is . I made it last year. I have been controlling it since last year summer. Yes being on the move is important for all of us. I always look at ehe
birds like the hummingbirds. They are constantly moving, hopping, flying. They constantly need energy and use up their energy. Not only the birds, other animals, too. Interesting.
