I SAW THIS ON THE NEWS....
| Wed, 10-07-2009 - 7:30pm |
I was watching our local channel news and saw a reporter interviewing a company using
laser treatment for zapping the fat from the belly, thighs, and back.
This treatment needs to be done about 3 times a week for 40 min. The cost is expensive $3000.
One has to still maintain and control , diet, and exercise afterwards.
For me , I will just continue with my portioning, and workouts. If I was still overweight, it still would not
appeal to me.

Life is a wonderful learning process whether it be from
One neighbor has back problems and finds walking is now helping her. She has been doing the walk for a year now. She lost her weight in the beginning and was happy. The spring and summer came along with parties , dinners, more parties and now she is stuck and gained back her weight. She seems happy with it, but as long as she is moving.
My other neighbor has disintegrating spine bones and she is obese. That does not help. She tried walking but the pains stop her and she walks sporadically.
Good for you on the moving. We have to do things that help us.
I am going to be 62 in Dec, and one thing that I have always learned in life is that if you don't take care of yourself , no one will. I have a super husband, that does not know what to do for me. He has a heart of gold and would do anything for me, but....even when we have the best of husbands, family and friends, it boils down to one thing, they can not do it for us, we have to do it for ourselves, no matter what it is, be it weight loss or anything else. We have choices in our lives, and when we do not like something in our lives, it is only us that has the power to choose to make it better.
So we are all going to choose to have a healthie body, a happier us and we are all going to keep moving to acheive our goals.
Lets go ladies, on your mark get set go.......MOVE, MOVE MOVE!!!!
Love ya, (((((hugs))))
Just looks like tanning treatments (been doing some research).
Well I am glad not to go into that expensive thing. Just never know how it effects a person later on.
