Since it's getting really cold here, my outside activity will be less.
My focus this week is to eat healthy, try to plan my meals (to make eating healthy easier!), keep going to the abs class and boot camps, and to find something to do on the off days (no boot camp on Tue and Thurs). It's also fall break and I'll have school age kids home during the day, including the 13yo sister of two of my younger kids. We'll see how that goes! lol She's never been here before, but her mom doesn't want her home alone all day, every day for two weeks. I don't blame her, but I'm sure she doesn't want to be here with all the little ones, either. Oh well. Not her choice. :p It should be an interesting two weeks!

Well the skies are clouded over and the sun is gone. Actually the sun did not shine all day.
There are reports of a rain storm coming our way with heavy rains and winds late evening, until Wed.
So I did as much outside activity as I could with the wogs and biking.
Tues to Wed I
Tuesday's focus :
eating smart
getting ready to leave town at the end of the week :)

my focus is the same as last week's: Surviving the week! i guess i made it through the week, but the weekend did not go as planned!! but i'm here so i must have survived it, too! lOL
and i'll use the same secondary focus: "other" - time-management. i'm trying to get my sleep/awake schedule under control. and this week i will set my alarm clock and get up when it goes off. i started last week on Wednesday, and it worked until Saturday. actually i got up Saturday on time, but didn't get in gear to get out and do my planned activities. :( Sunday i woke up with the alarm, but allowed myself an extra 1.5 hours, felt better, and got my plan finished successfully.
so this week i will set my alarm for the same time, and will get up and get ready for the day when it goes off!! every day!!
