Thought this would go along with our QOTW~
See what you think & let us know :)
When I do L. Sansone DVDs it's a no brainer. Otherwise, I had no idea how to tell. Then somebody posted a link on another board to an awesome site that helps you figure out the distances of your walking/running routes:
http://walkjogrun.net/routes/route_list.cfm?lg=-73.96371603012085&lat=40.57697479768448&zmlevel=0
It also gives you calories burned on the bottom if you put in your weight & speed, but I'm not sure it's correct as it conflicts with Fitday's numbers. If you zoom in enough, it gives you a block by block map. Very cool! I love it.
Over time small steps make a huge difference.
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
Second mini goal finally reached - another 5 lbs lost, for a total of 10. WooHoo! Next mini goal:

Your steps & miles are always great .. great job :)
Though I don't write it down and specifically keep track, I do sometimes post steps here and steps is generally what I look at through the day as well as sometimes compare with what dh has.
Maybe a competition sometimes between you & DH ?
Those pedometers can really help motivate as well I think :)
I do when I
Use the pedometer? Yes I like to use it for my day outing for weekends and road trips.
