What's Your Focus This WeeK 10/19

What do you want to focus on this week to help your health and fitness journey??


Eating healthy?
Portion control?
No Snacking....the whole week?
Toning?
Endurance?
Weight Loss(a pound down perhaps:)?
Miles walked?
An Apple a day?
Other?


Try to focus on just one thing that will help you this week.  That's not to say everything else goes out the window.......... but, sometimes a focus can change things up and make things interesting.

Hi Julie!

My focus this week is getting back on track. This is the first day that I've gotten up since I got sick a few weeks ago that I can truly say I feel good and back to normal. With as long as I have just sat around, I've put the few pounds back on that I had lost and I'm totally out of shape once again.

I'm once again focusing on fresh produce instead of a quick snacks.
I'm also getting myself moving. Today I'm focusing on my stretches. I'm some throughout the day instead of all at once as I'm finding myself slightly breathy yet, but nothing unmanageable. A few throughout the day is just a precaution I'm taking so I find myself discouraged.

As it warms up, I might even go take a short walk and see how that goes.

Other for me...I work a little of everything. Today is a light rainy day, so I will bike when I can. If not, I use my


alternates.

Working on everything is what it's all about.


I continue to work on everything but find it fun to focus on one thing for a whole week to see if I can do it.

I'm focused on making my work outs fun!

I'm feeling energetic this week! Not sure why but I'm going to enjoy it!

Whew Julie!! That is a relief! Maybe do that next week then!


When my doctor wrote down 2 statements that made me start my journey, he never mentioned dieting.


I am so glad he did not say that. He just advised me to keep my weight down and regular exercise would


help me.


Have you thought of anything?


Hope you find something...not too hard.
