When is sticking with your fitness plan most difficult?

How do you handle it?

If you have an occasional bad moment or day, do you let it ruin the rest of the day or WEEK??

When is sticking with your fitness plan most difficult?

When I'm very busy/rushed or when I'm exhausted/in a lot of pain. With fibro & chronic back/neck pain, I'm always tired & in pain, but there are times when it's so much worse & it becomes very difficult if not impossible to do anything.

How do you handle it?

Sometimes I make the time to exercise regardless of time constraints & something else suffers or we run late, but I know I need to work out. There have been times I've made myself workout when I was exhausted & I hated every moment of it & wondered if it does me any good when I resent it so. Other times I feel better & more energized during & after the workout & I'm glad I pushed myself.

If you have an occasional bad moment or day, do you let it ruin the rest of the day or WEEK??

Sometimes I do, other times I do not, but the temptation is almost always there.

Day outings and road trips are hard for me as well.

Hi Ludam:

Being busy and tired sure does make it difficult and then add the pain in and it gets very tough to stay on track.

You are doing good Julie!!

You have varieties of workouts going for you.

I did circuit training and t taps on the road trip and I was fine. My plan for the drinking water was the only thing that was really off.

Food wise was a bit challenging, but I just ate my portions.

This weekend coming up will be surprise challenge, but I will do good. We were invited to a birthday dinner for our neighbor. The family is bigger sized and love to eat, so I will do my portioning and they will be probably
shocked at my amount. If they ask why, I will be honest and tell them

Being out of town is difficult isn't it....

Good that you are able to enjoy and do your best without fretting too much.
