I am just wondering out of curiosity...

if you do your walk in the morning, is it ok to do your yoga moves and other exercise later on in the day/early evening?? With my kids home for the summer break I find it hard to stay on track at times and get all done that I want to do for my program...kwim??

Just want to know others input...

That is a good time to use the Leslie Sansone walks. Or take a quick walk up the street and race back home, if they are still sleeping. Morning time for me.

If they are in bed at a certain time, you can do the LS walks, too...or other workouts.

I regularly split my workouts.

A walk in the morning is a good way to get your metabolism running on high for several hours into the day. Another activity such as yoga later on in the afternoon will trigger your metabolism to speed up again allowing you to burn additional calorie on top of your normal metabolic rate. If you are worried about over training you shouldn't. Working out twice a day will not be a problem for you. Good luck
