I am just wondering out of curiosity...
if you do your walk in the morning, is it ok to do your yoga moves and other exercise later on in the day/early evening?? With my kids home for the summer break I find it hard to stay on track at times and get all done that I want to do for my program...kwim??
Just want to know others input...
