  1. try to walk daily

  2. drink lots of water (at least 100 oz a day)

  3. eat a rainbow (five servings of different color fruits & veggies) daily.

  4. enter races so I have to stay on my training schedule

  5. use lots of sunscreen since I'm outside so much.

My 5:


1) Eat more fruits and veggies


2) Drink more water then anything else


3) Run at least 3 times a week


4) Do weights


5) Walk whenever I can instead of taking a vehicle
