So lets follow Jillian this month, and regain our P*O*W*E*R!!
P- Positive- Do or say something positive about yourself.
O - Do something outdoors for 10 - 15 minutes.
W - Water - drink the minimum 64 oz or hit your own personal goal.
E - Exercise 15-30 minutes.
R - Relax. Spend 5 minutes in silence observing your surroundings and listening to the sounds around you. Take a deep breath. Stand up and shake your arms and legs.
Every day in August we'll post our progress - let us know how many letters you earned!
