but a food question! Lets talk about grapefruit.....I have always heard and read that they are great for weight loss- why and how to eat? I bought a bag of ruby reds, not loving them but I can tolerate them. I had a whole one yesterday with bfast-----grapefruit overload!!!
What about the juice, can one get the same benefits from drinking 100% grapefruit juice?
