Thanks for doing the Friday 5 Ruben! HOpe you join us in the saturday 6, too!

Great question. Here 5 things I can no longer do because of PD:

  1. appear to have nerves of steel

  2. type without a typo

  3. retain new information in my brain for long (like memorize music, which stinks)

  4. sleep through the night

  5. say "I don't have Parkinson's"

and Ruben, you could stay awake at my church. Great sermon and service w/ our new pastor. HOpe you have a great weekend. I'm off on a college road trip to visit my daughter :-)

Chris,

I wrote my answers before i read yours and rubens and it's amazing how similar our responses are to one another. Good answer with the fight infection. That's so true. It takes me longer to get over illnesses and my PD meds don't work as well.

Which reminds me of one I meant to put:

go a day without having to take multiple doses of medication!

Wow Chris! That's really interesting. Thanks for sharing the info and explaining why you take each. I really need to add melatotin to my meds. They used to describe that to my oldest son when he's was away in that facility for that year and it really helped him. I SO can't get decent sleep at night. And I'm gonna do some research on that pantothenic acid. Sounds like something my body could use!
