I increased the number of pushups I can do. A new goal I've set for myself.
I improved my strength & stamina with daily Pilates.
I introduced (hmmmm, stumped on this one for now)
I installed extra alarm chimes on our doors so we can hear when Daniel opens them.
I informed my kids that they better start cleaning up after themselves. I'm tired of being the house slave.
I am interested in finding more time for reading :-)

Saturday visit mom and aunt. We took them to lunch. They are both in their 90’s Sunday Just veged. Early morn fishing.

As for your lost mojo motivation, you should hop on our workout wagon over on the pilates board. We could use the company and the pilates pals. And we don't just post pilates, any and all exercise/cardio counts.
