You really should try listening to a Self Relaxation CD when you're going to sleep. It's made a HUGE difference for me. The 1st one I bought called "Stay Asleep, Fall Asleep" not only helps you fall in to a deeper sleep faster but it claims if you wake in the middle of the night you'll be able to get yourself back to sleep faster again. I also find it's easier to wake in the morning because I feel so rested.


averaging 2-4 hours of decent sleep a night was killing me. I'm so glad I was able to get benefit from those tapes rather than a pill and I hope it continues to work!
