Sneaking in...

Hi scallywags...yes, it's lil ole me. I've finally made it back here with the prospect of being able to keep up with all the posts on here again! Been a busy few weeks for me, what with my post-surgical recovery, then my exam marking...not to mention the billions of other things that have been happening with family and friends this last month. Has felt like there just haven't been enough hours in the day.

Anyway, I thought I'd peek in so you all know I'm still in the land of the living *wink*. I've been recovering really well since my surgery and feel better now than I have in ages. It'll take a few more months yet before I feel the true benefits, but the signs look really good at the moment. I've been getting out and about tonnes more than I have in a long time...Nony is absolutely delighted that we've been able to go out and play a bit more!

As you know, we've both had our birthdays recently and we bought each other bikes.. our plan is to get a bit more fresh air and exercise, and also see a bit more of my beautiful country whilst we're at it. It's something we're really looking forward to doing...plus,

GREAT to see you check in! And in such good spirits too.

I need to look into investing into one of these bike things. I cycle 7.5 kms a day and never see outside the bedroom! (er on the exercycle that is, that wasnt figuratively meaning anything else, lol)

I hope your start back at school goes way better than expected- sending you all the best for that! (And you know they are always looking for good teachers here!)

All the best for the visit with the kids, I bet they will have a great time. I have so much family over your way that I have never met (my father is from Blackpool), it's on my list of things to do as well. Not anytime soon though, unfortunately.

Hail, fellow Knight of the Realm. I'm doing ok. I'm enjoying Independence Day today. How are you? We're having a chat tomorrow at 9pm. I don't know the time schedule, but could you make it? Let Pam know if you can make it. I don't know if, I'll make it on time, but I'll try to be there.

Hope to "see" ya!

Hugs,

Sebastian

"Michelen Mommas".... how funny! What type of English food is contributing to your tire-esque physiques? Who is the cook in the partnership?

I'm truly glad you're feeling better... what a nightmare and how frustrating dealing with so many unknowns.

Lou... I've been blessed with a new computer(!) and although the techs were supposed to have transferred my Outlook folder to the new one, they didn't. I'm trying to re-create my address book; can you please send me an email so I can get you (and Nony) back in there. Thanks. jenirik@adelphia.net

I'm sure things will go well for you upon your return, and to hell with this jerk who wants you out.

I've got a brand new bike setting downstairs... thought I'd be riding up a storm now, but nope... it will come in handy one day.

I see much success with health and work in your future... and is really nice to see you so upbeat about things. No worries over being Michelin mommas!

... you have to get a pc taken *wearing* one of their fuzzy hats. Just make sure you are able to run fast by then ;-)

*hugs*

Hello Lou! Always great to see U here. So, when are you going to get me a first chance meeting with Jamie Oliver? You know it is my dream to be the first lesbian cooking celebrity star didn't you? Yeah, my little cute English/German/Irish looks, a spatula, and I'll have those dykes screaming for a dish! That's me "The Dish." LOL Okay, enough, so I'm a bit full of it.

Cheers!
