I am sure I will get answers from a few of you..
My son, is really having problems with this, (the younger one) and I am really worried about him.. Course I can't do much with the way ex has everything going in all our lives but

Awwww, Kitten. I had a panic attack not too long ago. It was all related to stress. When I was having chest pains, it scare the mess out of me. So I went to the hospital, and they checked me out. And, since they concluded that there were no physiological problems, then it must be stress. I've been stressed out and believe me, it's no fun. The best thing that I can suggest is to keep an eye on him, but try to reduce his stress level. That's worked for me so far, and I haven't had a panic attack in a while.

I hope that suggestion helps.

Hugs.

Sebastian

Hi sweetie!

First off if your son is comfortable with it, he is certainly welcome over at the Depression Support board. We have had a few teenagers post with us for a bit and they are always welcome.

I do have a site though that ivillage gave me to recommend to teenagers looking to post at a board with their Peers.

Its Bolt. com

Hey GiGi Hon.. Thanks for your concern.. I can not do though.... as well as I would like... is keep an eye on him except over the computer or telehone and can't reduce his stress level unless I were living with him or rather he were living with me..... I did live with him and the ex and there was way to much stress on all of us..... So I imagine he still is living it, along with many other added factors since I left..

Hey (((Cuz)))Thanks.. I am going to send him the links to those two places you posted.. I do hope he will go there and try to read and perhaps post questions and get answers from those his own age..Wish I were not so darn afraid to approach ex with simple questions about what so far my son has done, like with Drs.? Meds? Counceling whatever.. If I ask my son he sometimes says I dunno or acts hesitant .. Probably same reason I do because of unsureness of ex finding out...

Thanks Kim.. It truely is hard.. Heart hard.. I want to beable to talk to him about all he does and where he goes to school .. Can you believe I do not know the name of either of their schools!? Or Drs. Or any thing.. Was not given any info and should I ask ....well..
I want to help him.... and both the boys reach out to me.. for different things and I melt just being given the chance but this problem is wrenching at me because I go through it and I know how terribly awful it has to be for him at school and out with his friends.. He says he feels safest at the house.. He can control it without other's knowing.. But it occurs at his house too.. I try to console him by im and phone but can only do so much.. Just mailed another care package to both boys today.. Will get there tomorrow.. Included a
