I took the camera to school the other day to take a couple of pics of the so called office I've been allocated to work in when evicted from my room. So, thought you gals might like to see where I spend my gruelling days with the brats :)

The last one is the so called office...also known as...the cupboard. Great chair, huh?

I don't know why one would expect it to be any different there, kind of silly... but it looks just like a classroom here, rofl. What is that as you look out the right window (3rd pic?)

Your office is certainly small... but it has "character." Make it the envy of everyone!

Wow, that's a really nice classroom,Lou. The classroom desks are really big for the students. I wish I had a desk like that when I was in high school. real nice.

Loubie,

Same as nelle, I don't know why I would have expected the classroom to be different. Lol.

I would make that office a cozy little place that would make everyone wish they had it.

A carpet remnant, a stacked shelf, two filie cabnets with a counter top from a hardware store for my desk and a desk chair. On the walls I would bring my drill and hang either cork board probably on one or two walls and either paint the rest or maybe just tack some cozy material of some sort. Just tack it on top and bottom so it hangs straight. I would also hang a swivil lamp above my desk. (You know the wall kind of swivil lamps.) You can always hang shelves to make space. Just a drill and a masonry bit will do. and a screw driver maybe.

Hang some photos, or put them on shelves. Can you do those things? I think I just would until I was told differently.

Hugs,

Laurie
