Heading up into the Adirondack Mountains

One hour away from Canada in NYS (Montreal just over the boader). My mom has not been doing so well since she is over 75. The trip is all about her and seeing what my findings are on her health. She's had some major ups and downs along with a bad heart from smoking. She never smoked, it was my father that smoked and unfortunately I have a very bad habit that my father had. Just wanted to let u all know I won't be around until Sunday night because of this trip. Have been sick with my first cold this season. Put me out of work Wed. because of fever and aches. Went to work today, Thursday and as long as I take Robotussin DM I can survive. I just worry about giving it to my mom and my new neice of 6 months. But going because my life recently seems to be all work and no play. Definately makes a life very boring. Hoping everyone's weekend is a happy and relaxing one.

You & your Mom hve a safe and wonderful trip!
The mountains are beautiful, I lived in Ct and used to visit up there. Take care of that cold and check

Take some time to spoil that niece.
And let us know all about your trip and how everyone is doing including you.
Fell better soon!
Hugs for a safe trip,
Laurie
