I am sure I don't have to tell the nurse that it is good to find things out early.

I hope everything turns out good.

How is your back coming along.

Is BBB still carrying your books for you?

I hope you get to rest this weekend Pam.

Hugs,

Laurie

Sheesh Pammie....sounds like a right old overhaul indeed, hon. Pretty scary when your physical weaknesses are thrust in your face like that, huh? And the scariest bit is knowing you can do something about it...but that those changes will take real willpower and effort to achieve. Life seems just too darned full to fit in anything else, let alone stuff you really would rather not do.

But you know what, my friend? It'll be worth it - worth it to know that you're keeping yourself in shape and setting yourself up for a good quality of life as you get older.

And, one lil point, Nursie...the word geriatric doesn't even remotely apply to you...you are as youthful and sprightly as they come

It's just scheduled maintenance Pam, you will pass all those test with flying colors I'm sure! It's great you are taking good care of yourself by getting checked. On the high blood pressure thing - take your medicine as prescribed, thats nothing to fool around with - but of course you already know that. Hugs, Sandra
