Big thank you!

Just a brief check in. First, a huge thank you to all the hugs, support and encouragment throughout this mess I was in. Robin was a tremedous support to me as well. She is settled in nicely and enjoying the new place.
The apt. was not clean, lots of things broken which the landlord refuses to fix. I finally got the money from the garage in Conn. from the repairs. I am depress, discourage and want to get out of this mess. I am not sure if I want to stay in the apt. or Virginia at this point. I don't have the energy to do much. I have not unpack and have been sorting and getting rid of more stuff. My life is been a roller coaster ride for the past 2 weeks. I don't know a soul here and I am isolated and alone. I have no computer, sitting at the library with only a 30 min. span. The dog, Jingles, I feed her literally dog food and applesauce with aspirin once a day. She is stiff and in pain at times. As for the car, well I put fuel and carb. cleaner with each fill up, and I made. I am looking at the area were I was in Conn. Am I stupid or what to do another trip? But I would be closer to friends. Again, thank you and thank you, words can't express the gratitude. gracemae59

Check out my
It sounds like you got yourself a slum lord there.
I hope things work out soon which ever way you decide to go. If you decide to head back North try to go before they start getting to much snow.
Poor old Jingles, he/she is pretty old so the arthritis is going to set in.
Keep us posted as to what you decide.

Gracemae,
If there is one thing I believe in its Kismet and you got stuck in Conn for a reason, so all I can say is, Do what your heart tells you.
