How old are you guys?

Are you single or hitched?

Any kids-furry, scaley, feathery or otherwise?

Where do u live?

You dont have to answer but I was wondering.

My little susanne came paper trained and she always goes outside or on the adult pee pads we have down near the door for just incases.

My pugs were very hard to house break at first.

I just can't help loving them anyway. ;)

Hugs,
Laurie

Mandi, the short version of my drama is this:

I was married to a man and he left me.

My daughter was very sad, and wanted us back together.

He found a girlfriend and so did I!

I hooked up with Jen, who is 18.

My daughter was understandably upset about this.

She supports my decision to live and alternative lifestyle

Just not with an 18 yr old.

(she is used to it because my sister is a lesbian and my daughter knows and loves lots of gay people).

TO get me and Jen apart my daughter insisted we move back to PA, where I am originally from, I have lots of family and friends here.

I left Jen in Oklahoma to please my daughter.

My daughter hates it in PA, wants to be near her friends and her father.

I explained she would have to choose the lesser of two evils because if I return to OK, I will be with Jen.

She said that was ok, she only thought it was the end of the world but it was nothing next to this.

Jen and her have had lengthy conversations, as well as she and I, and everything is out in the open and honest and hopefully going to be ok.

We are moving back on friday.

Wish me luck!LOL

Pam, I agree with you 100% on the mutt preference. My dogs were shelter dogs too and they are wonderful! Dogs are very therapeutic, as are all pets. I wish people would stop frequenting and purchasing from pet stores whose animals come from puppy mills. The dogs are overbred & inbred which results in many health and temperment problems. If people quit using the stores, the mills would close. They are all over Oklahoma, it is sooooo sad. I pray about this everyday. If people want a purebred dog, they should go to a breeder. But in my opinion, the best dogs are rescued from bad homes and shelters - they seem almost grateful to be in a better situation. Can't get more loyalty than that! Sandra

>>>Snickers is a very affectionate cat, with affectionate people that is.<<<

>looks around for the rolling eyes icon<

Yeah. Sure he is.

He was sooooooo affectionate when he woke you up at 6am with his lovely nipple-nibble that morning. Remember waking up screaming and bleeding? I remember it quite well. Apparently *someone* has a very short memory.

Yeah, Snickers is a real doll alright.
