Subject: Water

One glass of water shuts down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University study.

Lack of water is the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.

Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.

A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or

Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer.

Are you drinking the amount of water you should every day?

(No kidding, all of the above is true...)

Now that I have your attention, go get a glass of water.

Hi Mandi,

Very intersting. I am drinking water now btw. Oh and a cup of coffee.

I wonder if the coffee cancels out the water or if the coffee counts as a water. I think caffeine dehydrates the body, yes?

I love drinking water. I don't know if I get that amount though. I always have a glass of water near by.

Interesting post, hugs,

Laurie

I actually got that as an e-mail. I didnt know that. I drank water like crazy when I was prego but have really not been drinking enough since. I read that and started again. It is amazing how much better I feel! I get really bad headaches and leg pains but when I drink mostly water (after my pot of coffee) they go away!

Did you know that green tea can cause a prego to miscarry or have preterm labor? I almost delivered at 22 weeks cause of it but man I love it now!
