G/F Has libido again I will kiss the doc

As most of you know Sheila has not been interested in sex at all for the last 3 years or so. It has been very hard on our relationship, but not bad enough to break us up as we are still very much in love. We have been going to her doctor for help. It is finally working.
She has informed me that she has been feeling normal in that area again. We of course have been talking about all the threads on the board concerning this type of problem with couples.
The doctor prescribed Wellbutrine and it is now helping.
We are planning a special day on Thursday all to ourselves. We will start off with a trip to Pracilla's Wednesday evening. She has Thursday and Friday off this week. She said that she wants it to be very special. I cannot wait!
It seems to have come after the increased dosage of her Wellbutrine.
I appreciate the fact that she has taken the step to seek medical help. She did it for me so that I would not doubt her attraction and love for me.
Sheila said that the meds have made her feel better physically and mentally. She is not so worn out like she was and is dealing better with the stress at work.
She says she just feels human again.
I also could kiss her doctor for understanding our delicate situation and talking to us and working with us in a way that was very understanding. She never made us feel embarrassed once.
Hugs,
Laurie

Yes my triangle was a tad off for awhile there. Of course I am not going to push anything.
I am just happy she is the one bringing it up this time. Of course I had some help when she asked what I was posting about. She just got a big grin on her face and said, "you know I was going to surprise you but I want to tell you now..." so that was really nice.
Hugs,
Laurie

Thank you my kitty cat,
I won't push anything, trust me on that. You and others have helped me be patient and maybe that also helped. I had a good sounding board here for such a delicate situation.
I am just so happy that I will feel her so close again.
I just love her to much I think sometimes.
She is talking all excited about it and how she feels like herself again and how she wants this to be very special.
I am so happy.
Hugs,
Laurie

Laurie, I hate to tell you, but the message board isn't recognizing you today, everywhere you posted it says "unknown" on my screen. I wonder why?

Must be a Mac issue *snicker*

Did she quit on wellbutrin? I swear it works to quit smoking, I never even missed cigarettes while I was on it - that made Jen happy. since I have been off, I smoke full time again. I hate being the smelly kid, it is so embarrassing sometimes. She said she doesn't mind but I think she must.

Smoking is a real pain in the butt.

Happy New Year to you!!! That is wonderful!!
On the smoking...I read that every time you want to smoke lick some salt (like you are taking a tequila shot) and the craving will go away. No I dont smoke and never have but I am looking for ways to help my mom quit cause my son is seriously allergic and she wants to keep him. I may have been harsh but I told her she has to quit to keep him overnight. he just gets really sick if he even gets close to smoke or even if you smoked earlier. good luck and congrats again.

Yes, meds seem to be the ticket at our age I think. At least we have a resource now so that we don't just have to be miserable.
I used to hate to take so much as an asprin.
I think we are finally both on the right meds now.
I am also getting more and more long term video projects by word of mouth.
So that helps with income along with sheila's income and my disability.
The fact is I can now focus on one thing and finishing a job.
Hugs,
Laurie

That is strange because it did that to me all day with all your posts and all caly's posts. It said unknown.
Weird. Mine is back to normal now. It was probably a site glitch.
Hugs, hope you ladies are doing well tonight.
