I want everyone to feel comfortable with posting anything they need to post as a topic.
I hope no one ever feels that they can't post something because the cl or anyone else for that matter cannot handle it.
We applied for co-cl's because we can handle these things or believe that we can.
Everyone should always feel free to post within TOS guidelines.
I just do not want anyone to feel they cannot post a topic that is on their mind.
Light topics or heavy, sensitive and thought provoking topics etc, are all welcome and will keep the board interesting.
The post in question was not a TOS.
I hope we can all feel free to post, support, and be supported on this board. It is ok to disagree and debate on topics. It makes things interesting and gives people more ideas or thoughts etc. It is encouraged to make people feel free to post even if you do not agree.
Not everyone can agree on all topics.
Ok, this is my first CL board dilema, I hope I handled it alright.
Thanks everyone.

I think we all need to remember we all can have different opinions.. We can agree to disagree..
We can be respectful of each other.. After all we are adults(*Some of us LOL..I happen to have 7 lil bratts within me..)

Laurie,
Thank you for this post. Please forgive me if I became a bit defensive. I meant no harm here. I think you did a great job from jump street. I can see why they chose you...:) Caly will be proud of you, as am I. ;) BTW, all great leaders are great followers....I will follow you anywhere; so if I fall out of line, put me in my place. I might out rank you in the military, but not here,,,,:) xxoxoxoxo

Thanks lee!
I appreciate what you said in your post.
Hugs.
I just want everyone to feel comfortable to post.
I hope we can all respect and support each other. That does not mean we have to agree.
Thank you, my pilot, for understanding.
Hugs,
Well, I think you've done a great job Laurie. I agree that everyone is not going to agree. Besides, I think that agreeing all the time is a bit scary. LOL I mean, that isn't normal. That would be like everyone liking the same color. I think what is most important is how you express your disagreement. It can be done in an adult, respectful manner. What really ruffles my feathers (not that I have feathers) (and I'm not referring to anyone in particular either) is when someone tries to cyberpounce someone. To me, it is rather "chicken" (no offense to poultry) in nature. I mean, it is easy to blast someone on a message board. However, it takes courage to blast them face to face.
I've never liked "tough love" on a message board either. I mean, who wants to be "loved toughly" on a public message board and ripped a new orifice? It degrades the individual. Who wants to be publicly ripped? No one. Keep electronic tough love in one-to-one email. Hey, it is like the boss ripping the employee in front of coworkers. It is a bad practice.
buggie
Thanks for the post!
