update on me...

Well, I went to that clinic on Saturday like they said to do but then told me that I need to come back March 16th to get classified for low cost dr visits... I GET INSURANCE ON APRIL 1ST!!! They thought I was already classified when they told me to come. Well, I did have a WIC appt yesterday and they checked my iron and told me I was highly anemic and that would cause the problems I am having with my feet and legs being tingly... Now I have vertigo but that is from the stress from wondering what is wrong with me. I am taking Women's One a Day and I cant have coffee or tea till this goes away. :( So I wont be on the board much till the vertigo is gone since I can barely see what I type. I do have good news though... Brandi and I are going this afternoon to see about trading in my car for a bigger one! So I hope to see yall more in the next few days.

Awwwwww, poor little thing. At least you know now what is wrong and can do something to help it. So glad you went to the doctor! Can the anemia cause vertigo too?
Good luck car shopping and I hope you start feeling better soon. Eat spinach, yum!
Take care,

Hey Mandi,

Spinach, broccoli and organ meats like Liver are very high in iron which will help the anemia.

Vertigo must be awful, I have hated the few times I have felt dizzy.

Hope you feel better SOON,

Mandi~

Hang in there! I know how rough vertigo can be. Sometimes you can't even crawl across the floor, let alone stand up, walk, or go on with your normal day. Start those iron supplements and I hope you're feeling much better very soon.

Stress = vertigo? Then you must destress. A relaxation tape and some candles, a massage,
what ever it takes, destress mandi. Vertigo is awful.
You take care of yourself mandi.

(((((mandi))))) definitely destress! We want you back on this board in tip-top shape! All I know about vertigo is what I've read so far in this thread - it seems awful! I was iron deficient during my pregnancy. I took a lot of iron supplements b/c I'm not a big fan of green stuff *ick.

Congrats on the bigger car! Getting a new car is sooooo exciting! Keep us updated hun. (((hugs)))
