Hey yall, I am back

I have decided that whatever is wrong with me isn't gonna just gonna go away. I thought it was anemia but now another symptom has shown up. So that makes 1. tingly hands and feet and legs 2. right eye is dark (cant see out of it) 3. I have no balance
Any dr's in the crowd??? I dont know what it is but it started a month ago and it has slowly gotten worse. BUT... I am not gonna dwell on it and I am just gonna wait it out till April. I feel ok just weird. So I guess I am back. BTW, I didn't get the car we went to look at. I want a bigger car than I can afford right now so I will try to wait till I have my car paid a little more. I am still upside down in it. O'well! I missed you gals and I cant staw away any longer!

Jewell, as I suggested in another post to you, at least call a doctor's office. There are staff nurses that can listen to your symptoms and advise you as to whether it sounds like something you can "put off" or if you really should seek medical attention. Lack of $$ and insurance is no excuse to play Russian Roulette with your health. Please please please please

Hi Mandy,
I am very worried about you. I agree with Beth and caly.
I too searched around ivillage and could not find anything. Where is our nurse Pam?!
I have to make you promise to go back to a doctor or an emergencey room. Something is very wrong. What if it is something serious?
Please mandi, it does not sound right.
Tell me you will go back. Okay?
Luv you,

For all you looking for matches to my symptoms, I match Multiple Sclerosis. But trying to get my family to not think I am crazy takes a little more than me telling what I feel. I have to wait for insurance before I can get diagnosed with anything or I wont be covered for whatever is wrong. I am really scared. I cry everyday over what might happen to me and my kids. I havent even thought about calling a nurse or doc to see what they say but I have researched a lot of different things it could be and I thought it was several till I came across MS and I match that exact. I told Brandi and her mom but they both compared me to my mom and her aunt (hypochondriacs). So I feel like I am alone. I "feel" ok though besides the obvious. Yeah, where is NursePam when we need her... wonder if she ever peeks at our posts... maybe she will. Thanks all for being my friends!

Hey Mandi,

Not sure about this (being a Brit and all) but what would happen if you went into the ER? Would you still have to pay?

Well, I am not so worried about that as i am getting cut off insurance cause of a pre-existing condition. I know I can go without paying but I will have insurance on April 1st and I dont want to screw it up. I really want to get this looked at. I am scared i will have to have a spinal tap or some scarey something like that!

Mandi I hope you don't mind, but I've posted this thread on the Health Team board. I am hoping that one of the other health cl's or one of the super mods can provide som further insight on these symptoms, or at least recommend a related forum on iVillage. I will come back and post as soon as I get some feedback.

Excellent advice Kacey.

Was just thinking, there wouldn't be any harm in going to the pharmacy or health store and getting some iron supplements - that way
