I am so sorry. I dont get on the internet when Brandi is off work. Then I went to my mom's and have kinda been MIA around here. I have tried two brands from my herb store here and they are both as good as another. They are actual oils not pills. I dont have the bottles but when I bought them the directions said how much for kids. I am out right now and need to get more. Do you have a Whole Foods store? I have seen it there too and they do have it special for kids. It doesnt taste bad either.

Are they like the vitamin E pills, filled so you can poke a needle in it to make the stuff come out? If so, try to sqeeze it out maybe in a spoon or food or something. I dont know the ml's but I can look around and see if I can find a bottle. like I said, I need more but cant afford it at the moment...gotta wait on Friday... What I bought came in liquid form with a dropper. I just called the place I bought it from and they dont sell the oil anymore, I wonder if they stopped making it that way. HMMMM. They couldnt tell me how many ml either so, I dont know. I am gonna get the pills and probably put it in a spoon for Jer. Probably 1/4 of what it says and for your son 1/2 prob or maybe even what you'd take depending on his size. Ya know I'm telling ya I posted also about eating a potato and eating all the skins when eating it,(a lot of the real good stuff is in the skins)as well.. Cook it in your Microwave or in your regular oven(Takes longer) but either way.. But ya can't eat it with Sour cream or lots of fats like butter.. But a bit of butter is okay and a
