Wonderful Weekend

Hey all!
As I sat in church Sunday morning for Easter Services, I just couldn't help but reflect on the amazing and wonderful things in my life right now.

(((((Caly)))))
It's always good to remember that there are untold numbers of families out there who love, respect, and care for the glbt children that are a part of them.

Caly,
I am so happy that you and Ting had a great Easter. Her parents sound fantastic. Tell Ting she doesn't have to answer my previous post asking how your first Easter was, I just found out from you! LOL
On the religion thing, some people take a lifetime to decide what path to follow, don't rush it - and don't sweat it.
I can't wait to hear about your interview!
Hugs,
Sandra

Awwwww ((((Caly)))) Thats so awesome... It's so wonderful that you both can share yourselves openly with them.. I'm sorry it's not that way for you with your side.. But who know's Hon... maybe someday.. Perhaps they may meet Tings parents one day and learn from them how to open their hearts to diversity..
Any how so happy you both had a

My family and Sheila's family are like tings family.
I really hope that your parents could somday turn around.
It sounds like it was as wonderful as you say it was.
Tings parents sound so open warm and caring.

Wow (((((Caly))))) that does sound wonderful! Stories like these make me feel blessed to have the parents I have. They are soooo accepting of who I am, and they treat anyone I date the same as they would treat anyone my sister or brother dates.
As for the religion thing I agree with Sandra. I am also at odds these days about what I believe in, but I never really sweat it.
