I am so so sorry your STBX is acting this way. I do hope someone will talk some sense into him and make him realize that a trial is the LAST thing he should put you, himself, and his girls through. Document his behavior--all of his harassing phone calls and any emails he writes you. Continue to hang up on him. You don't have to listen to that, and you

I could be wrong, but it seems to me that, come actual trial time, the judges follow formulas for child care and division of assets. All the kicking of your soon-to-be-Ex and his witchy attorney are most likely nothing more than child-like temper tantrums and an attempt at intimidation

That's very true, Nony. I remember my attorney telling me that in cases that go to trial, the courts won't allow one spouse to take everything from the other.


There's hope Jules and a light at the end of the tunnel. Just stay strong! When it's all said and done you will be glad you stuck it out as hard as it is right now.
