I love to here personal success stories.
I would like to here your stories of something you had to overcome, how you did it and how you feel about it now.
It can be about anything and everything, health, work, a move, school etc.
I hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Laurie, I've missed you very much, and I'm glad you've decided to give things another try. I don't think I could handle myself, if I found out that something more serious had happened to you. I mean I would like to meet you and Shelia IRL, one day. So, please take care of yourself.

Gentle hugs!

Hugs,

Sebastian

*Gigi/Sir Raven gently wipes away halo's tears and kisses her on the cheek and hugs her gently.

I didn't mean for my story to affect you so deeply. I want you to understand that I really apprieciate our friendship, and I do wish for you and the other ladies to come closer to me. Underneath of this hardened shell is the heart of a lover, of course, you know that by now. LOL!

As I've said to Laurie, please becareful, because I wish to meet you and everyone else IRL. If you have my phone number please call me. I will find your phone number and call you, when I can relax in the evening, or if you're not home, I'll just leave a message.

Gentle and Loving hugs to you.

Hugs,

Sebastian

Thank you, Ting. Most of my recovery process became better when I "met" all of you wonderful ladies here at Lesbian Life. And ever since then, my whole attitude and outlook has become better, and stronger.

Hugs to you, Ting.

Hugs,

Sebastian

Angel,
I am so glad to hear that you made it out of there and were able to get help. So many women and children get so trapped until it is far to late.
You were very brave.
I just can not imagine having to be so afraid of someone who lives in my own home. Like other's here who are harmed and feaful of the very people who are supposed to be protecting them and loving and caring for them. How sad.
I mean sure I was afraid of the boogie man, but not because I lived with him.
I just wish I could put a safe bubble around everyone and protect you all.
It is so good to have each other here at the board.
So many people who have survived so many traumatic things in life.
I feel so proud of all of you even more than ever.
Thank you for your post angel. I know it too will touch other's.

Jo,

You have really been through a lot. It's sounds like everything you have been through has made you a strong person. You have some very good out looks on life now. Life is to be lived in the fullest. I learned that when my grandmother was told she had tumors in her brain - she had surgery one week later they told us she had cancer throughout her body. I watched her wilt away and within 2-3 months she was gone. I still find myself picking up the phone to call her and see if my son is over her house.

I hope one day you can say your totally/completely healed - body/soul.

lol,
Angel
