Good Morning LL

It's a beautiful morning and I'm off to my usual haunting ground, Starbucks.

I want to tell Sheila to have a wonderful day, I hope you hit record sales today! Laurie, you can stop spanking her.

My confession to everyone here was that for the past two days I have been having anxiety attacks and other weird things happening to me. Learning to cope with my freedom is a hard process. I have been feeling scared, like I'm doing something wrong. I have been working all my life and I feel like I'm playing hookey. I know how retired people feel now. When I saw Sheila banging me on the head with a bat, it felt like my world was crashing down on top of me. I took it a bit personal even though she was just joking. Owwww

So, I'm sorry Sheila for taking it personal, I just don't know you well enough for that kind of joke. I do have a good sense of humor, the timing was just wrong.

Goood Morning, Lesli,

I'm sorry you've been having anxiety attacks, and yes whether you are retired because of age or because of some disability, it doesn't feel all that great. Espcially if your used to going and doing what you want, when you want. I would have been nice if you could have called and talked with me or anyone else.

Your not alone in having such attacks, I had them before and they make you feel like your either having a heart attack, or your losing your mind. That's why it's always good to share with someone.

I hope you're feeling better.

Hugs!

Hugs,

Sebastian

Hi ((((((Halo))))),

I know all about the anxiety. You'll be fine. There are great books out there on this subject too if you are a reader. It is great to relax, read, and learn. Plus, you'll need to be thinking about our little mini meet n greet coming up. Grrl, we'll be eating some good food. It's going to be a blast.

Chin chopers up! Hugs--rj

I'm sorry my friend for not calling. I literally laid on my bed for hours just praying for God to take away the fear and anxiety. It worked as I finally fell off to sleep exhausted. Tonight, I'm still up and getting ready for bed, and that sinking feeling is back. I soon will be in heavy prayer for myself and for Laurie. Tomorrow she goes back to the doctor. I'm praying that all is well and that she gets the right treatment for her problems.

I've got to have faith! I'm just worried about too many things. It will pass in time. Thanks for being here when I need you.

Thanks so much RJ.

Yes I'm looking forward to our meet and greet. I have some bad news. I didn't realize that I was given tickets to attend a function in Philadelphia on the 9th and 10th of Sept. I spoke to Pooh about other possible dates. I'm so sorry, I want to be there really bad. I don't want you two to cancel because I can't make it. I will be down before the end of Sept. Pooh is going to E-mail you with more information.

Remember this: You are where you are supposed to be. It's OK to enjoy not working; to have fun, to treat yourself, to just be in the moment. You don't have to spend every waking second figuring out how to be useful.

How did you know this? That is exactly what I have been doing and this statement brought up the tears. Thank you for the words of wisdom. I'm printing this up and sticking it on my mirror in my bath room to remind me night and day! Thanks so much....
