Thank you everyone.

I'm starting to feel better already, and I haven't even started on the thyroid medication (picking it up today). I made it until just after midnight, and slept 5 hours. I woke up feeling rested... I can't even remember the last time that happened. I wonder if it's because I started taking the iron supplement?

I witnessed the funniest thing yesterday. It's been raining a lot here lately, so our backyard is quite flooded (usually only happens in early spring). Anyway, Riana loves to jump in puddles... Well, she jumped into the fluddle (Backyard) and was suddenly very wet up to her waist. I couldn't see her face from where I was, but knew she had to be very shocked. LOL

Thank you again everyone.

Well, Ginny, I'm not much of a health nut, my brother, who is the health nut in the family, (who's a Virgo, I love those Virgos) gave me two bottles of multivitamins, and I've been taking them ever since, and they have served me well. Of course, I have to eat when I take them, or they will take everything that's in my body. But, if you can't take a multivitamin, iron supplements are good to replace the blood that you have lost.

So, keep it up in taking care of yourself.

Hugs!

Sebastian

Ginny, I am really glad to hear your feeling better today.

It is very important you take the iron pills and if possible a multi too. You need to build your system back up.

Many hugs to better health,

Lea
