Update on me

I'm too tired to write it out again, so here's what I wrote in my blog:
I saw my new gyn today. She is awesome! She spoke to me as a human, and not just another patient. She explained things, and if she didn't think I would understand, she drew a diagram of it.
I've been bleeding for 9 weeks, so she gave me the option of having a D&C or a uterine biopsy. I chose the biopsy since the other would mean being knocked out for an unknown amount of time. She told me that it would hurt like a hard pinch... I barely felt it, and she had to do it 3 times to make sure she got a good sample. She also did a pap test.
She also told me that my physician made a poor choice in having me take a birth control pill to try to stop the bleeding. The estrogen in it is what has been making me very sick... I stopped taking it last week when I starting having trouble breathing.
She told me to take Aleve 2 times a day because it is supposed to help thin the flow, and help with any pain. I go back next week to get the biopsy results and to figure out where we go from there.
I just can't get over how nice she is... She and her nurse were really concerned that I wouldn't be able to tolerate the pain. They were also worried because I was breathing a bit hard. I usually only get that way when I'm really tired, and since my iron level is low, it's not surprising that I'm tired.
Thank you for listening... I don't know where I would be without my friends.

Thank you everyone.
I forgot to mention that I am also having my first mammogram next week. As far as I know there is no family history, but I am at a slight higher risk because I have PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). I am either paranoid or obsessed because I check my breasts once a week instead of once a month. That is how I found that sore that I had removed... Fortunately that turned out to be a clogged follicle, and not cancer.
