Glad you had a Friday off. I was certainly concerned with the hours you were putting in prior to Christmas. Might I suggest the next time you take a long weekend that you pamper yourself with a hot stone massage. I had one on New Year's Eve and it was fabulous! Or, go have a facial. Girl, I pamper myself everytime I have a chance. I'm all up in the pampering stuff. LOL

I should have taken your advice. Here's what I did instead:

slept, let dogs out to pee, slept some more, and more and more!

Today? Same thing.

I guess I was exhausted, or I'm depressed again - I don't know which at this point.

I hope you are not depressed. I would guess you are exhausted. You need the rest. I'm glad that you are relaxing. Hugs!

LOL I think once when I was replying to one of your posts, I thought I saw your picture wink at me. Oh, those hallucinations. LOL Actually, I did a double take thinking that your picture may be animated. Okay, enough of my natural craziness. LOL

I've had two types of massage so far- deep tissue and hot stone. I REALLY liked the hot stone. The deep tissue was good but I felt like she was pushing my skin through the bone. At times, it hurt. But, there was no brusing or soreness afterwards.

The hot stone as I mentioned was awesome! It is similar to a Swedish massage except there is use of hot stones. The stones are very smooth. They are heated but not so hot that they'll burn. The therapist massages you with the stones. It feels like fire going up your body but not so hot that it burns. It gives off a tingling sensation. As the massage begins, she places tiny warmed stones between each toe. She'll do the head and neck without the stones. As she works her way to your arms, she begins without the stones but eventually incorporates them into the massage. The stones are so smooth it is hard to notice when she is using them and when she isn't. The one giveaway that she was using the stones is when I would feel this tingling, firey sensation move up my body parts.

I've not had a facial yet. But, that is next on my list.

You should try a massage sometime. You'll love it! Hugs!
