Is messy sexy? Why or why not? If not, what do you think is sexy?
Nice question Ting!
For myself, I don't think that messy hair is sexy. It does nothing for me. I like nice and neat hair. But not obssesively so. I think messy hair takes away from a woman's appearance, and that's just my opinion. Now, if the woman were a model (lol) and if it was mandatory that her hair be messy, then I don't look at the hair. lol! But with the fans blowing and all of that, that's fine. I can also understand if a woman just woke up, that's understandable, but not comb her hair at some point during the day, nah.
What I think is sexy is a woman that has natural hair that is taken care of, meaning the styling and the general care of it. I love the smell of clean hair. I like messing up the hair by running my fingers through it.
But that's just me.
Thanks
I also forgot the second part of this message, sorry. If a woman is wearing something that makes her feel comfortable then that's good. If she's wearing something that makes me not want to take my eyes off of her, then that's great. If, in the privacy of our bedroom, she wants to wear a teddy, or a nighty, or nothing, then OMG!!!! But out in public, if she wants to wear what she wants to wear, then that's her option.
I have an issue with controlling what my honey wears. She has a mind of her own and I respect that. Now me, lol! I'm the type of guy, in the summer, I'll go outside, in my wheelchair, and have no shoes on. I'm approached about it all the time, and I tell everyone that's dumb enough, to think that they can shame me into thinking, I'm supposed to be wearing shoes outside. When the temperature goes beyond 70 and 80 degrees, my feet get hot and so do I.
So, I wear what I want to wear and I'm proud of it, I don't bend to what someone thinks I should wear or what they think I look good in. Personally, I think I look good in a pinstrip suit with the apropriate(sp) shoes, shirt and tie. Or, I look particularly hot in all black. I've been told, that red is my color, well, maybe so, but I don't like too much red. So, being the grown adult that I am, I dress to my liking, and not to hers.
Thanks and hugs!

I agree about the blowing fans/blowing in the wind look. I've always liked that on some people. I like the smell of clean hair too. I use a shampoo and mousse that smells soooo good.

Thanks for posting this sweetheart, you know how busy my morning was.. hehe
Anyway to answer my own question, I certainly do not find messy hair sexy at all.
OH man....here's goes!
I wear messy hair. I love how it looks, I get lots of compliments on it. From the front - it all looks "normal" but turn me around and it looks like a light socket was my stying tool. The guys at work call my hair the "just been fuc#*d look" and they can't keep their hands out of it. (which I hate btw)
I wash it, blow dry it upside down, use Paul Mitchell's hair glue to mess it up good and then use wax to define the whole mess. I tease it and rat it until it looks like the perfect bedhead. My stylist cuts it all crooked, on purpose, so it never looks tidy and neat no matter what I do.

I'm like Sandra. Do NOT come near me with hair straighteners, I want bounce, curls, movement and play. Again, like Sandra, I blow dry upside down, then do the ends with the round brush. LOTS of product. A fat curling iron, hairspray and fingerbrushing and I'm ready to go.
I love messy and find it sexy. There's just something 'untamed' about the look. Lou's got no complaints ;)

Sandra,
Well as long as Lou likes it *grin thats what counts!
As I said to Sandra though, I don't have the patience to work that hard on my hair.
Well Sandra, I wouldn't laugh at you. Not at all, I'll just come over to you for a hug, and just ruffle your hair! ROFLOL! There are just certain women that the type of hairstyle that you have looks good on. I also know that you are an implant of OK, and Philly ladies are unique anyway, so it's ok, if you do it.
Hugs!
