Question of the Week for May 15
"On a scale of 1 - 5, where do you rank the Importance of Sex in a relationship and Why?"
(Remember you don't have to be in a relationship to answer this, its your opinion not your experience that I am asking about)

Well said!
I completely agree with Sadie, and I rate it a 5 as well. Sex isn't just sex (or lovemaking). There's intimacy, sharing, communicating, trust, giving and receiving in there.

Pieces of My Life
Physically, I rate sex about a 3 or 3.5. Emotionally, I rate it a 5.
Before I met Caly, I thought I could have a relationship with little or no sex as long as an emotional connection was there. Now, I understand and believe that sex is a VERY important part of a relationship, and in some ways is necessary to keep the emotional connection strong and healthy.
To steal from Sadie's post..."There are things that are communicated through sex that cannot otherwise be spoken verbally." Those are the things that I feel so strongly when making love. The intimacy of the act cannot be put into words, but it is incredibly special and I need it.
Well true there is always that option.. *grin
Thanks for your answer Elise.
There are soo many components to such a little word arent there?
Hi Sandra,
Didnt mean to confuse you will all the hats!

This I totally agree with.. "There are things that are communicated through sex that cannot otherwise be spoken verbally."
