Having been in an unexplainable grump lately,i've been looking for things that never make fail to make me smile or embarrass myself by laughing so hard it looks like i'm being attacked by an invisible flock of particularly feathery chickens.......i was wondering if anyone out there had any suggetions for things that continually work in getting them out of miseryville?....be creative ladies.

I do find a good romp in the sack will lift my mood tremendously! AS8.gif

However if that isn't possible at least getting a good back rub makes me feel a whole lot better~AS9.gif

And finally there is nothing like my favorite meal to shake the blues. AS7.gif

But if all else fails, How about a big hug?

Feel better soon!

You can go get a manicure and pedicure and if you’re not a nail polish kinda gal, tell them you want skip the paint your nails section and see the quizzical look on their face.

You can go skinny dipping in a pool, lake, pond or beach and try it early in the morning.

Go for a hot fudge, whipped cream, sprinkle with nuts and a cherry on top ice cream sundae.

Go to a park and watch the street performers and kiddies playing in the playground while eating your ice cream sundae.

Go for a walk down a street with boutiques and window shop without buying anything. Just take your time to not think and look.

My #1 favorite way to get a person out of a grumpy mood is sitting around a group of gals I love being with and all of the sudden, one start singing and another join in and then another, and another and another and we’re all are tone deaf, off keys and off our chairs laughing! Musical scores seem to work well.

Good luck. Hope you’re feel much better tomorrow or else you can imagine, nelle, loubie, Caly and Jo up on a stage in a tutu and tiara standing on their toes singing Midnight train to Georgia while twirling around for all of us! :-)

Sorry you aren't feeling so well. I know those down in the dumps feelings well. One thing that helps me is watching a movie or tv comedy. Getting out of the house helps too.

I hope you'll find a way to beat the blues! Hugs!

Aaaaw eastie, ya sound like my kind of gal:)

Fantastic list of suggestions, i may go try some of those this weekend...except for the nails thing...i'm certainly not what you call a nail polish kind of girl.
Come to think of it the skinny dipping might just frighten the neighbours kids...and potentially their pets;)
Definately will try the ice cream in the park with the kids and the street performers...plus if the performers are bad, you have ammo to fire at them with a spoon.

Hmmm,i don't know why but the song choice you suggested made it all the funnier an image....funny that;)

Thanks!

Aww.....I'm sorry you're feeling a little down in the dumps.

I've been feeling that way myself for the last couple of days. Actually, yesterday and today I've felt bad most of the day with intermittent bouts of feeling better. I went to see The Devil Wears Prada and that helped. I can recommend it for being humorously uplifting without being side-splittingly funny.

Hope things improve for you.

Hugs
