Do you feel like your vote really counts? Why or why not?

Yes, I feel my vote counts. Non-voting leads to apathy.

I am Canadian, and yes, I feel as if my vote counts.

Disclaimer: This is just my opinion. Everyone has the right to express such a right.

Do you feel like your vote really counts? Why or why not?

As an American citizen I have the right to vote. If I vote, I feel that my vote counts. I, also have the right not to vote. If I don't like the candidates, then I won't vote. As the saying goes, "If you didn't vote then you don't have the right to complain about who's in office." Well, as long as there's a First Amendment, I have the right of speech, therefore I have the right to express myself. That includes complaining about the fool that's in the White House.

But, I do feel that my vote does count.

Thanks for the QOTW, Ting.

Hugs,

Sebastian

I think my vote counts, always used to vote.

Over here though, I don't know how to vote or have a say in the way things are happening in the US. Anybody know how to vote from far away?

I used to live overseas and voted by absentee ballot. Not sure who you would contact for your last place of residence in the USA. Maybe you could do a search for your area.

It's wonderful to read that so many of us believe our votes count!

Hi Nony,

I'm sure there is a way for you to vote and the procedures are probably somewhere on the internet. I tried to do a quick search but Explorer kept shutting down. Hopefully you can figure it out before the next election.
