I'm not American, but my understanding is that you use a Federal Postcard Application (FPCA) form when out of the country.

The marriage ammendment was on our ballot last year...I recall the place I worked at let us off early one day to go vote. There were many other things on the ballot, but when I asked several of my co-workers as they were leaving for the polls, "What all are you going to vote on?", each one of them replied something like "I'm just going to vote against gay marriage. I don't know what else is on the ballot." sigh.


In answer to your question, the voting process is too complex for me. Maybe every vote counts, but when you break it down, say - the southeastern region of Texas swings one way, but

Do you feel like your vote really counts? Why or why not?


I feel my vote does count, mostly in electing the person who I feel will do the best job.
