I love it! I like that it stays light longer at night. I also know that sleeping in one hour or going to bed an hour early and you get that hour back. plus who hasn't lost an hour here or there staying out or up late anyway.
I don't know that it really save energy though because it is dark in the morning and then we still use lights at night after dark anyway. but I do like that we can stay out in the yard and work or doing outdoor activities later.
Hugs,
Laurie

How does the Time Change affect you?

Besides losing and hour of sleep and being "behind" for a few days, it actually gives me more time in the evenings to spend outside with my sons.

What do you think about the concept in general?

I'm not really sure that it "saves" any money or energy, people still turn their lights on when they get home. I've always lived with it, so I gues it's just a part of my normal life.

I have no problems with the time change. I felt short changed first morning and well rested the second night. *l*

I really don’t mind the fall forward and spring back motion. I rather have the clock do it than doing it in the gym myself. *grin*

Honestly, I don't really think much about it and it hasn't really affected me this time.
