I'm not a fan of the phone at all.

Good question.....And it depends on the importance of the communication to me. Little things like setting up meetings and whatnot the phone is fine. More emotional stuff, I prefer to talk in person.

Oh, so the question is just a group therapy. *grin*
Where can we send you a bill?
Ladies, $1,000.00 seem right to charge her? We can split that amount ourselves, right? *l*

is there a 3rd option? I prefer email. I lose interest when I talk on the phone and end up zoning out, and I stutter in person.

When in a situation, i like face to face, but over the phone you get to shut them out when ever you feel like it. Eventhough it IS a punk move lol, i still like it.

I'm an email queen! I prefer email communication over anything else. For one thing, I tend to write better than I talk and express my thoughts more clearly. Unfortunately, a lot of others do not communicate well through email and don't always convey the information I'm looking for...especially at work. In that case, I usually try to talk to the person face to face. I use the phone as a last resort. I used to have jobs that required a lot of communication by phone, and I got used to it. But for the past 5 or 6 years I've worked in a position where I don't have to talk to others very much. Email usually works fine for what I do now. Outside of work, I don't mind the phone for the most part. I'm ok with making doctor's appointments or talking to my DDs' friends' parents. I don't like to bug people about things, though.

As you can see, my love, you are not strange!
