I guess I am just majorly lucky because PMS was never a serious problem for me. And now I am past all that!

Hey, Storm

I'm not sure if it's great minds, weird minds, evil minds, or beautiful minds....... ;)

It sounds silly, but sometimes just realizing it's THAT time of the month, makes my PMS better.

I'll find myself emotional or sensitive about things, dissatisfied and frustrated. If I check the calendar (Or Lou reminds me) , everything seems lighter somehow. It's like I can allow myself to feel these things without getting overly worked up, give respect to the emotion but not worry too much cos I know it'll all feel better in a few days.

It used to piss me off something awful when my Mom would remark,' It must just be your period.' when something was bothering me... LOL. Loubie's much sweeter, more tactful ;)

I'm jealous of those of you who don't have PMS symptoms! I get a bit depressed and bloated and want to eat anything within reach. Usually I crave Cheetos and chocolate. Odd combination! I don't do anything to alleviate the symptoms except try to drink more water to reduce the bloating. Doesn't seem to help much, though.

I did post a response, but it was deleted. But I don't have that problem anymore.

Good things come to those who wait.....getting to this point(not having it anymore) is a bit of a trial, though.
