Okay, all. After reading in one of the threads about lucky bamboo plants, I bought one today. How do I keep from killing it?

Rogue, will you come and care for the panda?

Why are you naturally assuming I am going to be a natural born killer of lucky bamboo plants? I would not know how to make a chair or a bamboo bed (which sounds like torure to me). Have you no faith?

No, you don't keep pulling it up to check the roots, leave it alone and let it grow! If you keep pulling it up, you'll kill it. Just water it weekly and keep it out of direct sunlight.

The pebbles are outside the glass. It’s colorful and beautiful surrounding the glass with the bamboo. Maybe I should put some in the glass with it, huh? There’s always water in the glass for the bamboo and it’s inside the office away from windows. The only light shining on it is the florescent light so I was mystified on why it’s turning brown.
Thanks for your suggestions. I’ll try some pebbles in with the bamboos.
Faith? I think she’s with some guy name Tim. ;-p
Torture for you or the bamboo? ;-p
Eastie, the pebbles go inside of the glass with the lucky bamboo. The light must be indirect natural light. Make sure that you give it water on a weekly basis.
Geez!

I'll take care of the panda since Rogue's too chicken.
